In today's competitive world, customers are always at the forefront of everything that any organization does. In our business, our valuable clients or prospective clients are our customers. To have a platform where our partners can easily manage interaction with their clients/leads is very critical and that is the reason we have our own CRM where you can manage your interactions with your clients effectively.

1) What is CRM?

It’s a process of managing interactions with your existing and potential customers. Interactions can be in a form of a meeting, a task or any other activity that helps us understand the client/lead in a better way and that can be used for a better engagement.

2) Features of NJ CRM?

  1. Existing investor's data is already available. If you use any CRM other than NJ, you will have to do the manual exercise of integrating all your customers' data into CRM but if you use NJ CRM, integration is auto-done and data is updated on a daily basis.

  2. You can also upload potential client's data ( Lead) as well in NJ CRM through either uploading them manually or uploading a file of the leads or the best way to sync your Mobile Contacts with NJ CRM where all the contacts that are not existing clients/leads will be synced with NJ CRM.

  3. Any lead that is captured through Tiny URL/DMS ( Given to all NJ Partners) gets auto-uploaded.

  4. Major highlights of the current date/month are displayed on the front page of CRM itself that can help you track meetings/tasks/greetings for that particular day/month.

  5. It is available on both Partner Desk Web and Mobile App.

    1. Web – NJ Partner Desk -> Client Services -> CRM -> My CRM

    2. Mobile App – NJ Partner Desk -> Switch to CRM(from side menu)

  6. You can schedule meetings/tasks seamlessly with meetings also having predefined sets of objectives to pick from. Reminders for the same are also sent prior to the events. You can also assign tasks to your team members.

  7. The most important feature is the option of Tagging. You can assign customized tags to your clients/leads based on their risk profile/business potential/occupation etc. Multiple tags can be assigned to a single client/lead.

  8. Birthday greetings can be sent from CRM itself where you can send your wishes in the form of an image via Email or WhatsApp.

  9. You can also run your Email campaigns from CRM after configuring your E-mail ID with CRM.

  10. Reports are also available for tracking Meetings and Tasks via Meeting Report and Task Report respectively. Also, a summary is provided for Meetings where how many clients/leads you have met in a particular month can be tracked.

  11. We also have a feature of Lead Level Planning in Partner Business Planning on Partner Desk where you can plan your targets with leads despite them not being the existing clients.

3) Why should you use NJ CRM?

Apart from the features mentioned above, NJ CRM helps you to record your execution and review your performance.

There are 4 ingredients for building a successful business:

  3. Execution

  4. Review

For Execution and Review, you need CRM.

For example, in the month of January, you made a goal to make new 10 Investors. For the same, you need to have a list of 60 prospects. Assuming that you met 30 customers in the month, still you ended up with only 1 new Investor.
