Srinivas: Hi My name is Srinivas V. I am from Bangalore having an advisory practise from Mumbai.
I have done my Engineering in Electronics & Communication, Followed by MBA in Marketing. While pursing my practise - I completed my CFP, CIA.
I have lived all my life in Bangalore except these last 6 years in Mumbai. From not knowing anyone in Mumbai today I have 1000+ clients. I built my client base mainly through Networking and it’s been an amazing journey so far.
My Vision is To reach a SIP Book of 2 Cr as on 31st March 2020 and reach 2000 Cr AUM by 15th Aug 2026.
My Mission is to spread financial literacy to maximum client families and make them take action and help them become financially independent.
ES: How do you educate and convince your clients for mutual funds, especially the first time clients? What advantages do you feel NJ E-Wealth offers to both Clients and Partners?
Srinivas: I don’t convince anyone, I create awareness through Power of Equity and GAP Presentation given by My Mentor Mr Prakash Rane. The presentation is so good that I don’t have to do anything more to acquire clients.
NJ E-Wealth is a Blessing, I have built by entire business on E-Wealth Platform and I will be soon touching 1000 E-Wealth Accounts.

ES: Winning the trust of a Client is not an easy task. How do you think you can win the trust of the Clients?
Srinivas: Yes it’s not easy. I am lucky to be part of a MasterMind team where every Monday we meet for 4 hours to share best practices. It helped me a lot to become more effective in client interactions and close more business.
I think 2 important things for winning client trust are Confidence and Belief.
If one is confident about his advice and the solutions he is offering backed by a strong belief can help to win trust from clients.
ES: What suggestion / advice you would like to give to new Partners who have yet not established themselves in the business?
Srinivas: I personally feel this is a Simple Business and anyone can become successful if they keep it simple.
As Neeraj Sir tells in every PBC for a new partner the most important thing is Prospecting.
One should prospect every where, if I can build 1000 Clients business in a city where I didn’t know anyone and didn’t know the language - All of you can do as well.
Second Important thing is Meetings - Try and Minimum 2-3 Meetings to Ideally 4-5 Meetings every day to grow your business faster.
Third make sure You are giving E-Wealth to everyone, E-Wealth is the real power to scale in this wonderful business to create a Everlasting Pipeline.
ES: Can you please share your short term and long term targets for your business.
Srinivas: My focus is mainly on SIP Book.
Short term target - 2 Cr SIP Book by 31st March 2020
Long term target - 5 Cr SIP Book by 15th August 2020
