Rupali is a young CFP who started her amazing advisory and distribution business after graduation. She wanted to be Independent and businesswomen from her childhood.
She believes that through this business she would be able to help many families to achieve their financial goals by providing them wise investment plan and strategy. She wants to be known as a wealth creator and wants at least 1000 families to be Crorepatis in the next few years.
ES: Setting the financial advisory business takes some time. How did you handle the challenges on the financial front in the initial period of the business?
Rupali: Being from a Financial Advisory family I was guided by my uncle Mr Prakash Rane and Monday meeting team mentor Mr Vibhash Desai Sir to be an Independent Advisor from the beginning of my career. I faced the same problems and difficulties which any newcomer face but having the guidance of mentors and 100% following their instructions has always helped me to overcome all the initial hick-ups.
This business requires investment in the initial stages just like any other business. I followed the business plan given by my mentors and things became easy for me.
ES: Do you promote the idea of identifying the Family Needs and tracking the same in your clients? Do you think it has helped you in garnering new business?
Rupali: Yes, it is the most important thing to do. I do not take any investment from my clients without having clarity of the financial need. NJ presentations like GAP is the ideal way to make clients aware of their life goals and how to achieve it. The financial tools provided by NJ has helped me immensely in building my business.
ES: Message for young adviser like you and for those who want to make their career in this industry?
Rupali: This business requires hard work with a passion to help clients to achieve their goals. NJ and my mentors have taught me to always keep “Investors First“ approach and I am following the same religiously. This simple principle can make you and your business grow a lot. Keeping this principle in mind and armed with all the tools provided by NJ, I keep meeting more and more people on a daily basis. This business has the potential to change your life in a few years only.
ES: Lasting impact on you or your business as a financial advisor /distributor?
Rupali: I am in an amazing business, always provides a “Win-Win“ solutions to all the stack-holders. I guide my clients in the right way for the Wealth Creation, so they are in a winning position when their wealth gets created or financial goals achieved. And in this process of wealth creation, I also become a “Winner”
This business has changed my personality and made me positive. As a young girl, I used to get scared on hearing these words: Sales and Marketing, but the systems and tools along with the promotional materials provided by NJ, has made this business a piece of cake for me.
ES: Can you please share your life/business goals that you want to achieve in your life?
Rupali: As I have already mentioned my long term goal is to make 1000 clients crorepatis. And my short term goal is to have a SIP book of 1 Cr. and 100 Cr. AUM by 28 MAY 2022.
