Meet Mr. Madhup Kumar
History will remember NJ TADA (Trading Account & Demat Account) as a great revolution in Indian financial system. Before NJ, TADA was known as a platform to keep trading & safe custody of equity shares only. But when NJ group came up with their own trading platform – NJ TADA, it has become known as the platform to keep trading & safe custody of debt mutual funds, equity mutual funds, shares, debentures & bonds etc.
This platform has altogether changed the definition from shares platform to a comprehensive securities platform.
The following are the great advantages and benefits that I have personally experienced and I believe that all other Partners can too experience with NJ TADA.
1. Convenience :- No body had ealier expected the convenience which TADA could provide to NJ Partners as well as NJ investors. Before NJ TADA, execution of five SIPs was enough to keep NJ Partner busy for the whole day. But after NJ TADA, it was a job of one minute. NJ Partners started dreaming infinite figures because time spent in execution reduced drastically.
2. Portfolio Review:- Let us take an example. Before NJ TADA, if I reviewed a portfolio of 5 SIPs of an investor after one year, I found three SIPs are OK & two SIPs are not working well. It was practically very difficult to implement the portfolio review. But now with NJ TADA, I have reviewed many portfolios & implemented the portfolio review within 5 to 10 minutes. I can very easily now close two SIPs, start two new SIPs & switch the non performing Funds into performing Funds in 5 to 10 minutes with my clients.
3. No Boundary:- In physical model, my area of operation was Chandigarh only. Now my area of operation is All India and even beyond. It has helped me to increase my business from physical boundaries to infinite limits.
4. Consolidated position of all investments:- It is a general practice that if an investor has invested in multiple funds houses, advisor would provide account statement of every holding in each of the fund house. Now in demat mode no statement is generated, so a lot of time & paper get saved. Rather a consolidated online view is provided to an investor for all his investment in mutual funds, shares, debentures & bonds etc at one place.
5. Estate planning:- I remember my old days when one of my investors passed away before time. I had to settle with 13 AMCs for transmission of wealth to nominee. Almost two months this exercise continued. Thanks to NJ TADA, one of my investor who was completely in TADA mode unfortunately passed away. But this time, instead of dealing with various AMCs, I had to 
deal with only & only the depository participant that is NJ. My big help was Mr. Munish Kataria (RM) & his whole operational team which helped me to complete all formalities not only in mutual funds but in PMS also in one single day. The support from NJ head office was one step ahead.
6. Manpower problem :- As a small NJ Partner vis-a-vis big houses in Chandigarh, hiring & holding the good staff was a big threat. NJ TADA reduced my dependence on operational as well as field work force very drastically. I remember the day when my three staff members left me same day. I am thankful to NJ TADA, as I increased my business even with remaining two employees to new heights.
7. Profitability:- I was clear that increase in turnover & reduction in staff are key to profitability. With NJ TADA my profitability has reached to new heights. I will use this profitability to increase my general insurance, health insurance & other miscellaneous products business.
